IMPORTANT: please disable any Android power optimizations for this appNOTE: app in existing state hit a dead-end and will no be further developed or maintained, as it needs significant re-design of the concept to meet demands and requirements of the new API levels. Also: If you are having repeating / duplicate event notifications - disable manual calendar rescan. Also: If you are having events firing at wrong time - disable manual calendar rescan. Loved the app, but then got an s22 ultra and now it doesn't work at all. Even with Uninstall, reinstall. NM now it's working! Yea
This was the absolute best app for my S7 (5 stars), but in S9, it behaves poorly. The swipe-snooze no longer works, and without that, its usefulness plummets.
Not sure why this app update has stopped. I am sure there is no other app like this. I have tried 100+ apps of this category and no one does what this is capable of doing. My main aim was to see calendar event reminder with a persistent notifications. Not sure why no other app or google (android) or any other phone manufacturer thought of this. I do not want my calendar notification to be dismissed just by swipe. Only when i click dismiss or done it should go. Thats what this app does.
Great app; easy to manage notifications
What I needed. But the app keeps quitting and it misses some reminders.
Events that I snooze on my phone do not appear to be snoozed on other devices synced to my Google Calendar; I'm getting constant reminders on my sync'd calendar on my PC (even though the event was snoozed on the phone for a day). Can it be fixed or have I configured things wrong? BTW: Github for Q&A is about the most user-hostile place. EDIT: After finding no other snooze app worth a damn, I'm back to using it. I can either snooze things on my phone and ignore the Thunderbird Calendar's reminders or do everything on my PC in Thunderbird and ignore my phone...well, the latter is not gonna happen.
Used to be great. Now everything goes into a single notification, which doesn't show all of my events, doesn't show times of events (I need it to show start AND end times and now it only shows start times and only on the day of), and I can't remove notifications without going into the app. The app is far less useful than just going into Google calendar, and this is an annoyance and a waste of my time. The update has completely removed every feature I found useful.
